Like Engaged Search, in Retained Search, TxMQ is retained exclusively by a company to fill a critical, or multiple critical positions. TxMQ devotes team members specifically to these work efforts, and final payment isn’t remitted until the position or positions are filled. Retained searches are an ideal vehicle for unique hard to fill roles, and/or roles requiring a higher than usual degree of discretion or secrecy like some executive leadership positions, or board level searches.
CONTRACT TO HIRE
We understand that resources aren’t always available for you to hire someone right away. And sometimes you’re not sure if a project will develop into a permanent role. We can provide you with candidates on a contract-to-hire basis, and we’ll payroll them until your company decides to make the full-time investment.
